Did Peter Get All His Powers Back?!!

Did Peter get all his powers back from Sylar at the end of season 3. I kind of think that he didn't. Peter wasn't acting too confident when HRG asked him if he got "his ability." I think he only got the shape shifting ability... which sucks because I want him to have all his powers again.
