Making your own website

seems like a hard thing to do. I'm not talking about blogging, article writing or simple html pages. I'm talking about a fully dynamic website with splendid functionality and stunning graphics!
Well I never thought I would get this far. But I did it. I sucessfully learned web programming languages and build myself a nice little website! after 2 years of trial and error learning how things work. I made my own dynamic website! I recently asked some webmasters to review it for me and I got excellent criticism.
I'm SO happy right now.
the website i created has a financial market too. I can earn on affiliate plans & build in custom advertising later. I am also going to add google ads to make the monitization complete. Before I start advertising I need to work on visitors & site functionality. it's not entirely finished.
The initial idea for my website came 6 months ago. I had many previous less attractive versions and a lot of errors. 2 months ago i started from scratch and I proudly announce that ... I DID IT WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO

Congratulations! I am also trying to do the same thing, but I don't know any of the web programming languages. PHP seems to be easy to learn because it is very similar to C programming language. I know HTML (not simple pages) and CSS, but I want to make something more advanced, like you did. Can you point me to some good tutorials and to your webpage so I can see it? congratulations... i know how hard it is to make a website... it's different from free blogs.
i'm making one too right now, i've been looking around the net for the right pics/graphics for it, and whenever i find one, i have to contact the owner to ask for permission, as i dont want the site, sued for breaking copyright...
started it two weeks ago, still not yet done with the graphics, this site actually is from a friend of mine, he's the webprogrammer, only that he's not that good at designs, and other stuff to make it really nice and eye catching. he had the basic test site rotating now, while im still working on the page layout.
congrats again, you deserve it, as it took you a very long time to finish it.

ehm..its good one.im in computer science major but it hard for me to learn about web programming.so i can only make site by instan site like cms.so you learn it by yourself?..congrats about your great website that can earn much money.i wanna make the site like that too but it hard for me.lol
