If you have Wii Fit, how many hours a day or week do you exercise on it? My mom who just got crazy about losing weight, usually does it 30 minutes a day, and I usually do around 1 and a half hours a week.. How long do you get on your Wii Fit?

You should tell your wife, to open the dang Wii Fit, it has done wonders for people, and it will do it for you and your wife if you guys open it, you can lose a ton of weight using your Wii Fit daily around 30 minutes each day, I would recommend 20-40 minutes on week days and 30-90 minutes a day on weekends.

We don't have a Wii but our good friend does and she loves using hers. We will go over there on the weekends and spend a few hours on her Wii. The kids love it, and so do us adults. When we jump on her Wii Fit we will try to get in at least a half hour or so in. She does hers every night for about an hour and she has managed to lose seven pounds in three weeks just by using her Wii.

Thats nice, I do sports like Tennis and Basketball so I lose some calories there, and then after that I sometimes do Wii Fit after I do those activities, and I lose weight on those days... I usually gain weight, because I LOVE food, so it is hard for me to lose weight... I try to get in half an hour each day on the weekends, my mom has gotten a golden pig, from doing 10 hours of Wii Fit...

We got a Wii for the kids for Christmas and I got the Wii Fit. It's fun. I used it for the first week and had fun doing the hoola hoops and the step. I could run the track because my guide didn't run to fast and I had to stay behind her or for some reason I would fall down on the track. They don't like you to pass them. The ski jump is good for leg work outs too. I need to get back at the Wii Fit because you really don't feel like you're working out it's more like a game. I would lose track of time because my kids and I would actually be competing against each other to see who could run the farthest, who could jump the farthest, who could make it across the tight rope without falling off, or who could spin the most hoola hoops so you forgot you were actually exercising and just was having fun.

I don't have a Wii fit. I have considered getting one though. My fiancee and I have a Wii and love it. I think the Wii fit would be a great way to get in some extra exercise each day.
