Thank you.... You cherish a personal gift more and when it holds a sentimental value than and it's a wonderful feeling when you look back at the gift.... I like to keep handmade cards that I receive too oh yeah and Birthday cards, but they do accumulate but they have precious memories..

Oh,I want a pressy! They are much more meaningful than flowers or chocolate. At least with a present you know some kind of effort went into it.

flowers die too quickly ,chocolates dissappear but a pressie is here to stay

As much as I love flowers & chocolates, I find they are both disposable items, a pressy is something that will add to my memories. I never expect pressies (then I am not disappointed when I don’t get one lol), but prefer a phone call to know someone remembered me. :D

Ridgydidge neither do i expect them and the shock on my face when my hubby bought me a ring on our last holiday must of said it all .Thank heavens there were no cameras around at the time

Well, I'm a chocolate junkie. I love chocolate and would eat it everyday all day if it wouldn't add so many pounds to my body, lol. I would take chocolate over everything else. Simply put, if you gave me a list of 100 items to choose from and chocolate is on it, nothing else would preside over it,lol. Don't get me wrong, I love flowers and presents...but the decadent temptation is just too much, lol.

a present for me. they last much longer than flowers and don't help you gain weight from the chocolate.

i know what you mean about the weight and chocolates i only have to look at then not necessarily eat them to gain it

White Roses - Flowers (especially roses) make such nice gifts.
I would choose flowers...especially roses since they're my favorite.

I agree with you. I would prefer to give and receive presents that would last a long time. Chocolates get eaten too quickly whilst flowers would eventually wilt and die. Presents that last seem to have more meaning

I like all three and mostly when they are given all at once, great excitement! But being realistic here I would prefer a pressie, anything, am always greatful for what I receive! (well most times anyway!) lol

I want flowers. I want one with roots though! I have an orcid I got 2 years ago and it blooms every year right at Valentines Day. I love it. It is very beautiful and everyyear I remember when I got it. I also love chocolates and pressies too!
