To those who have a verified and unverified PayPal accounts here in the Philippines is it possible to withdraw money from my PayPal to my bank account even if my PayPal is unverified? I tried clicking on the withdraw funds the click on withdraw funds to your bank account. and this is what it says: "Your bank account in Philippines must be able to receive payments in Philippine Pesos." "Please enter all information exactly as your bank has it. Otherwise, transfers to and from your PayPal account will be returned. A return fee of P250.00 PHP will apply, and your bank may charge additional fees." Do I still need to link my debit card to my PayPal account before I can do the above statement? I have an eon but the cyberaccount page of UnionBank is being upgraded. It will take me, more or less, two weeks before I can get my money. What I need is a fast and speedy transaction.
