Whenever I go to party with a bunch of friends, they seems want to enjoy the moment, and won't consider the consequence. I knew that I was on the party, but somehow I have to control my drinking too. Most of them wants to salute a shot after another shot. That is alcohol, not water. I couldn't drink a bottle of beer, then a dozen of those shots coming afterward. Somehow, I had to refuse to drink, because everyone get drunk, who gonna drive?

Well it is to bad that you could not have as much fun, but congratulations for being the responsible one. Because of you, everyone got home safely!! YOu can be proud of that at least. Maybe you could suggest choosing a different designated driver each time you go out. That way not the same person has to give up drinking every time.

You know, I think it's kind of sad that some people think they have to be drunk to have a good time or enjoy their friends. When I have a good time, I prefer to remember it in the morning, not wake up with a headache and a stomach ache wondering "What on earth did I do last night?" I rarely have more than one drink at a time. I just don't see the point.
