The holy spirit plays a vital role in our life as a christian and we cannot operate without. When Jesus was leaving his disciple and they were looking worried and sad, and gazing up into heaven. Jesus said to them I am leaving, but i am not leaving you comfortless and am leaving a comforter that will lead you into all truth. It is quite evident that for us to be effective we need the power of the holy spirit in our lives. We notice in the bible after the disciple tarry in jerusalem they were filled with the holy spirit and speaking in other tongues as the spirit gives utterance. and after their ministry begins and the holy spirit manefest him self throught the disciples. They were healing and doing miraculous things in the name of Jesus. As the bible states that Jesus said that greater work than these we as christian will do. Let us receive the power that Jesus handed down to us and let the holy spirit lead us to victory. We have the authority, so let us claim it and deliver dying souls around us. Because thats what jesus called us to do. By faith we can have the holy spirits presence and power as we witness and serve.
