2010 Elections: Who Should Be Our Next President?

Yesterday, exactly one year before the elections, the public saw 5 of the Presidentiables in a forum that was held at the Ateneo:
- Sen. Chiz Escudero
- Sen. Mar Roxas
- Sen. Richard Gordon
- Gov. Ed Panlilio
- Defense Sec. Gilbert Teodoro
As expected, they each made their own promises and gave us an idea of what to expect from them as they run for the Presidency. Among the 5, who do you think is most capable to lead the country? If you think that none of them is okay, who would be your Presidential bet for the 2010 Elections?

Though the election is still far and many things could changed yet one of my top pick is Chiz Escudero i like the way he answers question thrown at him simple yet has an impact.

Hi russso!
I was able to watch this leadership forum and listened to the views of these 5 so called presidentiables.
Though each one of them have their own good views concerning the different issues that was tackled, I found the wit and honesty of Senator Chiz Escudero as the most appealing candidate among them. I really like the way he answered every question with straightness, not concerning about people that he was talking about. Maybe the energy and boldness of Chiz could help our country to finally move forward.
But since the election is still very far away and many things could still happen, I'm still open as to whom will be my final bet in 2010 election.

Yup. Chis is an excellent Presidential bet. It was good that a forum such as that one was aired since not everyone could make it to the venue. I'm glad that there are groups who are really making extra effort to do these kinds of things. I hope it helps every Filipino choose the right leader for the country.
