How do you really feel about your body? What part of your body do you hate? For me it is my feet, as I take after my moms side of the family, we have bunions, and they can really hurt a lot, not to mention not wanting to be seen in public in flip flops, and I really love flip flops, and I will only wear them around the house, because it does change how the big toe looks. So what does everyone else hate about theirselves?

After three C-Sections my stomach is a big concern for me. I also hate my thighs and butt. I hate wearing a bathing suit because my legs have cellulite, I think it is hereditary, my mom who is really thin has always had cellulite and now I do. It is so ugly and embarrassing. I feel better when I can wear clothes and keep it covered up. I love swimming, but my legs embarrass me. I can cover my stomach, and in my bathing suit my stomach doesn't look bad at all but my legs are terrible.

I know what you are saying, my mom (well she's gone now) had terrible varicose veins and felt subconsious as well, not to mention she had the bunions. Though she wore shorts around the house, when she went out she wore pants in the summer.

Mine would have to definately be my legs and my feet. Due to being Diabetic I ended up having problems with Chronic wounds, and have severe Dry Skin all over my legs ao I wear Support type looking socks all of the time now even when it is warmer. I would rather keep my ugly legs and feet covered than show them off anyways.

I undestand completely being Diabetic can do a lot of things to a person. I know a few people who are Diabetic including my brother, so I know what you are saying.

Just had my 4th child last fall, so for me it would be my stomach right now. I could have done with a few more months of sweatshirt weather while I work on the abs a little more LOL.

I hear you, and it does take time to get back into shape, but I'm sure you will do it. Isometrics are great and you can do them anytime while doing anything if you are strapped for time.
