How do you make money with the paid to click sites? Help

I am new to the whole make money online thing. This week alone is the first time that I have tried mylot, survey sites, and ptc sites. I got the whole mylot thing down and I like this site very much by the way =) But I would really like to know more about the PTC sites. I just signed up with NeoBux yesterday, but to be honest with you, I don't understand how it all works. I clicked on the 4 ads they gave me for yesterday and today, so now what? It just doesn't seem like the money you get from the 4 daily ads will ever add up. Do you all do that site along with many others? I guess any info about these sites would be great =)Thanks!
