How to develop our personality

You are born the way you are with that kind of personality but as along you travel in life you can improve your personality as experience is a good teacher.

believe yourself! it's a good thing you have realized the problem and you also want to change it. making more friends ,trust them .maybe you can first communicate with your close friends fluently ,talking about everything you want to say ,then ,try to do the same with your classmates and other. i thing maybe you can make ues of the internet,have talk with strangers ,nobody kown you ,you can say everything,anyway ,you can persuade yourself that nobody kown you ,just do yourself er……all above just suggestion (PS:my english is poor,but i don't care that somebody may laugh at me,so ,just do it) ^.^

Is it that you find it difficult to think of things to talk about or that you find it hard to talk to people?

You are you and always stay yourself no matter who you are and what you are,you cannot be changing yourself for someone else just because you feel they will accept you more easily if you would change, and yes you must feel your confidence, be confident of who you are, if you have enough confidence on yourself then I think you are bound to find yourself inside you;-)

yeah you can do that perfectly. just go with the tals of whom you are in peers or groups. share ,compliment, advise, suggest and make more friends to develop your personality and get involved with people. whoever you have in the group try to be flexible even tho you are still young from them make your mind like them. if you are in the kids go down with their level to make you continue learning in our society.
