Can't find a part-time job anywhere!

Anyone else having trouble with work? I've applied EVERYWHERE! I've only ever received about 2 callbacks- one job I got, but that was only temporary a few months ago, and recently at a pet store, but I "wasn't experienced enough with animals." Ugh, at the pet store job, the actually called me and TOLD me I got the job, but when I called back, they acted like they didn't even know me! I've got car insurance to pay for, I don't know what I'm going to do if no jobs will hire! I hate having this stupid car, I feel like I'm throwing money away. Any tips?
