Click it or ticket law

It's got its up and downs. I think it's good in the sense that it will help slow down the amount of fatalties that occur because of non-restraint during an accident but sometimes it can be harmful. Take this for example my best friend Cal was in a car wreck where he had to be cut out of the car. He was buckled in if he had been he wouldn't be here today. The car was so smashed up that when he wrecked he scooted down in the seat almost under all the under his steering wheel. His reaction saved his life and he walked away with no injury. If he was buckled up the post that came through the windshield would have killed him and the he would have been crumbled up with the car. So I'm kind of undecided with that one.
