Is AlertPay safe to use?

I am new to AlertPay and till now I have used only PayPal.For verifications on Alertpay they are asking my residence proof. So I wanted to ask that is it safe to use Alertpay and should I submit my residence proof.

Yup it is safe my friend. I am using alertpay also.
But alertpay is not so known for now. You cant use alertpay in ebay.
I too i am verified member in alertpay. It is ok to submit your residence proof in alertpay my friend. It is safe. Alertpay wont harm you.

there were some rumours a while ago that AlertPay was a scam website run by two people (husband and wife) who live all alone in some mountains that i can't remember. But that's just stupid! I have been using AlertPay for about 10 months and I am very pleased with it. The problem is that it's not so well known as Paypal, and there are just a few sites that accept it, but I asure you it's completely safe.

Many people using alertpay and also me.But i have no payment in there.Since im not really like using it.But dont be hesitate to make account there if you have payment that can only accept it.They need your scan of ID and scam of bill just for the data that the user is valid not a robot.I hope it can make you more trust to that site.
