I love to listen to music, wherever I am and whatever I am doing? I always have my favorite songs played when I'm driving to work or going for a long driving. I always have my media player on whenever I am using the computer. I even have my headphones on while I am preparing for sleep til I doze off to bed. How about you? Do you sleep with your headphones on listening to music?

I think your mom is right too. Maybe you can just use your headphones in moderation so that it will not impair your hearing. I am too is guilty of this. But hohoho, I love to listen to music before going to bed hehehe.

Don't put your headphones on high volume to save your ear from damage though. Just enough to enjoy your music and lul you to sleep.

Sometimes I do. Sometimes, I put on some "sounds of nature" like the sound of the river or crashing waves then I fall asleep to it. I like being by the beach and so sometimes, because I live in the city, I like to put sounds that emulate the environment so I can sleep well.

No, I don't.. i don't listen to music when going to sleep.. using headphones/earphones everyday can damage your hearing.. it's best if you just listen to music using your ipod's speakers.. whenever i wanted to relax and listen to some cool music, i just turn my desktop on and speakers and listen to my favorite songs.. in that way, my ears won't suffer..

I do it all the time. There are radio programs in the evening that are entertaining so i got to listen to it without disturbing those beside me. Sometimes it just feel good to listen to music at night when everything is silent and you can listen to the music and appreciate it more especially when you turn the volume on with the thought that you are not disturbing anyone. Cheers!
