PS1 Games on Your PSP

Hello to all PSP users! Do you know that you can play your old favorite PS1 (or PSX) games on your PSP? All you need is a custom firmware and a memory stick.. I'm not really sure if that's all. Have you tried this already? If yes, then what are your PS1 games on your PSP? =)

you need a custom firmware, a memory stick (at least 4 Gb memory) and also the popsloader to play the PS1 games.
i currently have 4 ps1 games on my psp. they are tomba, tomba 2, dino crisis and sukoden. i also have a few others on the computer that i plan to play after i finish the ones that are currently installed.
others game that i have are herc's adventure, vandal hearts 2, suikoden 1, legend of mana, monkey hero, casper, crash bash amd resident evil 2. try out all of them if you want cause they are my most favourite ones from the PS1.

Tell you what, I've already played all the games you mentioned! That's great! Have you tried Legend of Dragoon? it's the best RPG game for me. I currently have it on my PSP. I also have popsloader and custom firmware. Requirements are complete and I haven't had any problems playing PS1 games on my PSP. I only found out about PS1 games to be played on PSP about 4 months ago, and I think it's great 'cos I could play the games I've been longing to play.

wow, i haven't come across many people who have played suikoden. in my opinion it is one of the best rpgs of all time.
i have not played legend of dragoon, but isn't this a multi-disc game? i have problems playing some games on the psp... even though the sites say that use so and so popsloader to run the game, but it doesn't actually work on my psp :( the only games that work are those that run using the 'from flash' option.
but i ll still download this game and see if it works or not

I see.. I'm having problems too on my father's psp but on my psp, there are no problems.. do you mean legend of dragoon? no it won't have problems once you play it on your PSP. I agree with you that suikoden is one of the best RPG games ever. I love suikoden 2, 4 and 5.. haven't played 1 yet. Our suikoden 3 hangs in the middle of the game..
