Do u believe in superstitions?? My mom use to always tell me not to sweep at night cuz it will be bring me back luck in love and I will never get married well back then I used to laugh at her and tell her I don't believe in all that crap but now I am 30 and still single and never been married so now I must say hmmmm can superstitions be real cuz I used to sweep at night a lot lol. I dunno but my mom believes a lot in those things and I think she ended up jinxing me lol does anyone out there believe in superstitions? what is the weirdest or craziest superstition u heard of??

well, there are superstition who seem to be true but most are fake. What we should do is ignoring all these things because god is great and he has ultimate power. Believing in Satan only increases his strength to be in your life. Well, my mum told me never to clip my nails at night. But me i always clip my nails at night and nothing bad/unwanted seem to be happening to me. Well, what i can say is that make your belief in god stronger so that you have the power to fight the dark valleys of your life.

Superstitions are a definite part of our belief and thought. It is present in almost all the countries and societies. What your mother says is not at all meaningless. By obeying that, your marriage might have completed by now!
There is some unkonwn and undiscovered scientific fact behind it that has only experienced in many cases of superstitions. Since some super level functions with such beliefs, we can never ignore it and it is better to just okay and obey it and regard it as spoken words of elders! Sometimes things do come true, there is a basis for all superstitions. They do sound really weird and when they come true it seems even weirder. Also, if you believe in jinxing, then why not superstitions? :P It's mainly that once a person starts listening to a lot of superstitions, sometimes their conscience actually starts believing in them and then so does the mind, unknowingly. I personally don't believe in superstitions, if something relating to a particular superstition does happen, I attribute it to coincidence.. :o
