Do you worry about getting viruses while on PTC sites?

I am concerned about getting a computer virus while on ptc sites, becuse you just dont know how safe clicking all those adds are and most of the time when I log in to my ptc programs, my antivirus software is beeping I use AVIRA antivirus and it beeps a lot when I'm clicking adds on those ptc sits, it beeps on all of them accept neobux, and I have a strong feeling that one of my other ptc sites that I'm a member of might have given me a virus's becuse my computer is not running properly, I hope my computer dosent crash from using these sites, anyway I will do a complete system scan to make sure, well tell me do you also worry about getting viruses while on your favorite PTC site or other earning programs, and have you ever gotten a virus while using one??
