Resterants I Ate At

Have you ever been to a resterant that you had to wait for an hour just to sit? Also where the food was under-cooked or even not even what you wanted.. I have been to my loacl diner many times and it happened to me and my family. We had 6 in our party and it took them almost an hour after we showed up to get seated. Then it took about a half an hour to just get our drinks.. Then when we did order our food about half the order was messed up. It took us about 3 hrs just to eat. Very bad service. What should we do for next time??? any suggestions...
