I want to add nomincashout as a SCAM PTC !

It's been more than 30 days I'm waiting my 2nd payment from them, and my account keep showing me that message "You currently have $ 3.02 yet to be paid", I have post this problem in their forum, but the admin didn't reply 
The admin has encourage the member to upgrade for $ 1.99 to speed up the payment process and yet some upgraded member still have an overdue payment.
I know that some of their member has been paid, that mean they have become a "picky" payer. And for me the site already shows many scam sign. So I'm going to remove it from my profile and website. 
But before I do that, maybe any member here want to share some experience about nomincashout ?

A few days back I have read a discussion here in mylot regarding Nomincashout. I'm not sure but it seemed that the "igniter" is a Nomincashout" admin. he was like apologizing saying that members will be paid half of their expected payout.
Have you gotten around mylot discussions to check? ^^

No I'm not a member of Nomincashout, but I've been hearing about it before but never actually joined. I just read about the discussion here in mylot and thought of sharing it to you. I'm not sure if that is still up here. Have you read about it?
Yeah, I think that's a rip off too. Then just don't expect your pay from it, and just think that it's part of the recession. ^^

Oh, yeah.. they deleted it? hmm.. well, i guess that's because that "discussion" was supposed to be a private message, and not use mylot as a medium to send out announcements hehe. Anyway, just focus on trusted sites. If the site has been going around for years, it's more likely not to close down, unlike those which just started and are promising too good to be true payouts. ^^
Yaa, we should let by gone by bygone.

yes ! everyone will have this oppinion,but you should know that one do a thing must make it sure that it will be a sucess.of course ,and you should remember that nothing is impossible to a willing heart

I also got my 1st payment Hanah. Most of their member got 1st payment (it's usually a small amount above $1), but to get the second and next payment is troublesome. I just hope you're not going to get a different judgment about the site if you request your next payment.
Just check their forum on cash out problem (you need to login to view the post), there's so many overdue payment.

I'm so disappointed with this site. I want to cashout my earnings in nomincashout but I can't access their site. I don't know if they going to resume or not. Lucky for me that I don't invest my money there. It's hard to put your whole trust in this kind of sites. It is a lesson for me that I need to research and find forums about the sites I'm going to join in the future.

My First payout with that site was ok and arrived 3 days after my request. Now they are saying that they're having a hard time paying to many users that's why 1.99$ is required and until now you're not paid so i don't know if they're still telling the truth when they said the reason of the 1.99$ and reduce rates is for everyone to get paid.

Yup .. I think like that.
Since 4 weeks ago I have request payout on no minimum cash out site. Nut till now, I am not received the money in my Papypal account.
I'm be ashamed to my friend, because I already invite they and promote no minimum cash out site is legit site.

yeah,that what i want to say.This morning on the nomincashout .my account has already have $1.50 .then i asked my friend how to withdraw it.Then to my surprise my friend told me they paid this through you apply for it .and then will pay the money for you after a month.Oh my god how ridiculous it is.by now pls don't belive the lie website,
