I have joined this site now can any body tell me what to do there to make some money and how they calculate it?

Basically you make posts kind of like here on mylot. I am new to it also and it is kind of confusing. However I made 3 posts yesterday and made almost 5 cents, not bad for only ten or less words! They use a secret algorithm like here at mylot to calculate earnings. Im sorry I cannot be more help, im new to the site as well. Happy earning!
