Dear mylottors,
I don't if you drink a glass of water in the morning when you get up or not. Lots of stars stated that this is good for your health, the water helps you clean your body and give you a fresh morning.
If you think a glass of water is too simple for you, you can put 2pc fresh lemon or some honey in it.
Keep doing that, you will find out you are getting health and health! Share your idea about this. Thank you!

Hello vivianche, I am drinking 4 glasses of water as I wake in the morning before doing everything for I happen to read an email of my friend telling me the importance of drinking water and it's health benefits. Well as I observe it helps me with my VM and and I don't have problems with constipation. 4 glasses of water as you wake up 2 hours before eating anything you can do it for 3-4 weeks and you can see the difference with your VM and your skin too.

Hi Mhethess,
Thanks for responding my discussion. 4 glasses? I am just wondering how big is the glasses? I only drink 1 glass in the morning. Doctors says that too much water will go for the opposite way. So proper water will be okay.

I have heard that a glass of room temperature water with lemon in it in the morning is really good for your kidneys, and helps to energize and cleanse the body. I usually get up and have a glass of Crystal Light in the morning, probably not quite as healthy as plain water, and lemon, but at least it keeps me from being dehydrated and helps me feel better in the morning.

This is one of those things I know I should be doing, but almost never do. You're right that it's a really easy way to improve your health and wellbeing because you're always a bit dehydrated when you wake up. Your tip about the lemon juice is a particularly good one - as far as I understand it, the lemon kickstarts your metabolism and is much better for you than if you just drink the water on its own.

Hi Boffle,
Thanks for your responding. I think you should start doing that now, water is the best thing in the world. When you have it, you don't feel that way, imagine that you lost it one day, what will it be?

I always drink a glass of water first thing after waking up. I've been doing it ever since I can remember.
Then I was advised to drink a liter of water after waking up but can't finish a liter so I stuck to the glass

Drinking a lot of water is essential to good health. To stay well hydrated, it is recommended that one drink half of their body weight in pounds, in ounces of water. So, if a person weighs 100 pounds, they should drink 50 ounces of water per day.

The best reason to drink a glass of water when you first wake up is because you are dehydrated! After getting a full night of sleep, your body is a little bit dehydrated. Think about it, you havent had any fluid intake in over 6-8 hours! Your body needs lots of water, so it is important to give that to your body first thing in the morning.
Of course, water is good for you. Replacing high calorie drinks with water will do wonders for your health! And you wont be getting all of the caffiene or sugar that most drinks have in them.
I switched to almost only water a couple of months ago. There were a few other changes I made as well, but I feel so much better than I ever did while I was drinking soda! It really is a great switch to make!
