Today i am going to discuss something about salad

As every one knows salad is very good for health. I hope everyone knows it well. We should include salads everday in our meals. It is good for digestion. So in my opinion we should add salad in our daily meals. Its very easy to prepare it. The salad must include tomatoos, cucumber, cabbage, mint leaves, carrot and all raw vegetables that can be eaten without cooked.

Salads are DELICIOUS! I love to eat salads as a meal several times a week. We typically buy romaine and spinach to mix as our base. From there we add whatever vegetables we may have in the house. I also love to add almonds for protein. I sometimes even add some egg whites. Once all of that is added, next comes the dressing. I prefer something on the light side. My all time favorite is light honey mustard. YUMMMMM salad. I'm so glad I have one packed in my lunch today.
