Daydreamer2: how often you smile?

Ya, me too. I always smile and i smile a lot. Whenever there're nice things happen, i smile. I smile also when i talk to people. Perhaps this is my style, i just dont' want to have the impression for people that i'm serious and not easy to get along with. So, i often talk jokes and let people laugh. Some of my friends even say me that i smile too much, until sometimes they can't understand what's the thing that make me so happy. I just know that no matter it's a bad day or good day for us, we still have to live it. So, why not make ourselves happier to live every day. Have a ncie day! :)

I do smile often even when I am feeling sad. It is a habit I think and not a bad one at that! Sometimes I smile to myself when I recall something funny and I guess that may look a little odd at times! The way I see it if I smile regardless of how I may be feeling, it might just make someone else's day a little brighter and that cannot be a bad thing!

when i wake up in the morning and go straight to the bath room i smile when i saw my face in front of me..

I smile everyday..several times a day. I smile when I see people I know or when I'm talking to them. Even of it's a little one. I smile at people that smile at me. If I say hi..I smile. I smile when I see my kids and while I'm playing with my dogs. I try to smile as much as I can. Even when I'm not very happy..I try to smile. It seems to help. When I'm not smiling as much as I usually do..people ask me if I'm ok..lol..I must smile alot.

I am sorry to say, but i don t smile to much. Of course if i talk with somebody who are nice or say a joke, i ll smile, but i am not a person who smile very easy. Maybe persons are different, and if i laugh , sun will shine as my mother say. Never i don t smile to much, but if i laugh , i laugh with all my heart.

I am quiet similar to you aswell. I believe that a smile is a really nice gesture that make not only you happy but even the people around you as well. My neighbour each time that she sees me, the last thing she tells me before we end up our conversation is to keep smiling. I made me notice this thing about myself. Nearly 6 months ago I started a new job, many co-workers tell me the same thing, about my smile. Then I noticed that my neighbour was right. A smile makes such a great different. Life has many ups and downs. Sometimes we see things so negatively that we dont appreciate when things are going on the right track. We talk only about the negativity. Smiling is the best solution to our problems. I know that sometimes its not easy but we should try for our good.

I am not a very happy person these days so, it is very rare that I give a smile. Most of the time, I laugh on TV serials or comedy movies only. I hope the bad patch would not last that long!

I smile often specially during work, its part of our environment here.
