All I want to do is to live a perfect life, a life free from stress, guilt and ANGER. But how can we do that if sometimes we are trying to control our self but some are provoking us, example if we told our children not to do bad things because it is not good and it will not make you happy, still they continue doing things that heat up our anger. Sometimes we want to be alone because if we can see things that are not good in our sight it will trigger our anger? But you know if anger strikes me I go immediately into my room and turn on to things that can make me forget it, example by reading books or the best is reading the Bible, or sometimes opening the computer and doing mylot. How about you how do you control your anger? Can you share some tips?

When I am angry I try to keep my mouth shut. I realized that when I am angry I tend to say hurtful words that I usually regret afterwards. I try to be alone for awhile to suppress this intense feeling I am having and take deep breaths. I try to calm myself for when I am calm I can think more rational and not let my feelings get over me.
My husband often tells me that when I say something as if I am always angry. I always say words in a very defensive manner and sometimes raise my voice to get my point. I say to him that’s just the way I speak. Anyway, I said to him that whenever I get angry all you need to do to pacify me is hug me. Hugging usually works for me to melt my anger.

Well when I get mad at someone I usally play videogames wich I think is a good way of redcing your anger or controlling it. Especially playing games like grand theft auto 4 is the perfect way of controlling you anger. If you get mad at someone and want to kill them play that game for a few hours and you will be just fine afterwards lol.

Diversion is my way to control my anger, I am a cyclist, with my bike and ipod on me I go to a place where I can make myself relax, mostly on mountains with nice trail, where nature responds to my anger, sweat and pain makes my anger disappear. That how it works on me.
