Ok, so the Tamils want to protest injustices in their country. Why bog down Toronto commuters with their problems? Canada can do nothing to help their cause. Does anybody think that any elected politician is going to actually WORK and do something?
NOTE to protesters of all kinds: You want my sympathy, you got it. But don't make my life miserable by my not being able to get to work because you blocked major streets and highways.
Some Tamil protesters are waving the Tamil Tigers flag. The TIGERS have been deemed a Terrorist Organization by the Canadian Government. Why have they not been arrested for supporting terrorism?

I completely agree with you 100%. You're right in that they have been deemed a Terrorist Organization but they cannot arrest them because there is just too many of them. It is ridiculous how Canada has become. We bend over backwards for everyone and anyone, even terrorist supporters! If they were to go to Sri Lanka and protest there they would get shot in the head! I do not even understand how they can come to another country then raid the streets in order to save their homeland...?? It is ridiculous! Canada should be concentrating on Canada and not on terrorized organizations. I heard an ambulance couldn't even get through the other day because of them. This is yet another selfish act that only goes to show how low Canada is sinking. I just don't understand how you can emigrate to another country and then act like you own the ship. Rather then working and contributing to society they block the busiest streets of Toronto. Yes they will gain the awareness that they want but how far is Canada willing to go?!? Very upsetting!
