Fulfilling the dreams of my dad

My dad always wished i buy a land where there will be a small house on it and a large portion of free land. Well the reason is that i like to keep pets and cultivate flowers and vegetables. Keeping pets like cats, dogs, rabbits and also a fish pond where i can put some big fishes like Kois and Comets. A large bird cage would also be nice with different varieties of birds like lovebirds, parrots etc.Well, i really don't know if i will be able to fulfill the dreams of my parents as i have just started working and i don't get much as salary. It would take me many years before i can buy a piece of land.My parents are getting older and my dad has retired five years before. Seeing so many hopes in his eyes sometimes make me feel guilty for not being able to fulfill his dream.what is your opinion on this? can you give me ideas on how can i make my dad dream's come true?
