My job won't give me hours, or fire me. What do I do?

I can't quit, because there aren't any other jobs here and quitting means no unemployment. But since they won't fire me, I can't get unemployment. They refuse to give me hours, simply because the boys can do more physical work than I can, but they refuse to fire me because I've done nothing wrong. Yet, if I do something to get fired, it could influence my chances of getting a new job if I ever manage to move to a bigger town. I can't find a way to make enough money online, I can't borrow money, I don't have credit. What would you do?

Can you get proof that they are not working yo due to being a female? If you can then you can take it to you local workforce commision and see if you can get benifits if you quit due to this. Or if they will retrain you for another job.

I can't get proof for that, because they've hired other females, but those females have contacts within the company, so they wont be fired no matter how little work they do.
