I don't want to sound silly or anything, but I need some guidance from my fellow mylotters. I am new to this whole online money thing. I actually stubbled across mylot looking up info on ehow, but that is besides the story. I need help on how exactly this whole thing works. These paid to click ads and stuff, good sites. And need to know if you really have to link a bank account to paypal to get paid. ok, here's a really dumb question, when they ask you for your paypal account id its your email right? Your username on paypal? I don't know if I am doing this right, like I said I am new to this. Thanks in advance for the help.

Welcome to myLot. I am sure you will have nice time here in myLot. Yes you have to link your paypal to your bank account to get paid into your back account. I think you should first try to start a paypal account using your email address and follow the instructions others have told you above.

Thanks everybody for all your advice, I have a paypal account just don't feel very secure connecting it to a bank account. I mean if I wanted I could just use it for online stuff right? I looked at the rules of paypal, no answer, even wrote them, no response. And yes I am actually enjoying mylot for all the different conversations. (better than facebook. lol)

you only have to link a bank account to paypal if you want to withdraw money, but you cant withdraw money if you are not "verified" paypal member, to be able to be a verified member you need to have a credit card or debit card.
to get paid on these moneymaking websites you just need to put in your email address that you use to sign-in at paypal... if they ask for paypal... other sites asks for alertpay account, which is like paypal also.
