Another Puppy Update

Thanks for sharing with me about your runt of the litter. My sis was especially feeling sort of guilty because we didn't take Muffin to the vet... but I guess it probably would not have helped much anyway. Nature makes no sense, sometimes...

I don't mean to sound coldhearted, but you're right. We can't fight nature. I have bred puppies for a long time. And there is always a reason why the mother pushes some of them away. She knows what we don't. We try and try and try, but in the end, some of the pups just belong with God. Tell her not to beat herself up over it. Chances are, she would just be out of a whole lot of money, and the pup would have still gone on. My thoughts and prayers are with the two of you. I know how hard it is.
