How to Solve the Power-on password on any computer?

A few days ago my friend taught me Solve small trick boot any computer password, without any tools, no need to discharge any computer requires a password when the boot, simply open the box, the inside of a sound card or any other parts out and then start the electricity, self-test and then forced off the main board to unplug and then into the parts to get the boot, the password automatically cleared.

really?how wonderful.if i can do that i wont reinstall my computer some days ago.i always find one of my friend forget his password of his computer.but we dont know how to help him.every time he just reinstall the operating system to his computer.it is so big a trouble.but if i can boot the computer without the password,i will help him.but i cant.so i hope some friend can share their iders with us.you come from china?nice to meet you.i am from chongqing province.
