How do you learn cooking?

I got it if I would watch the man cooking in the kitchen . I will put it in my brain and that will be my stock knowledge in doing my own cook at home. I also learned from it in joining short time class in cooking . I love it and I wish I can cook more dishes for my families with different flavors.

I started cooking when I was in highschool. My mom gave me the recipe and i just followed the instructions. When I done it correctly and it was really taste good. I got interest in cooking from then on. I learned some meal but I didnt learn all just few meal that I like.

I started cooking by watching the TV cooking programs, and then used a book. The cooking shows are helpful because you can see how the professional cooks and chefs cook their food. And using the recipe book helps alot too, as you can get ideas from it. It maybe different to other people, but that's how I learned to cook and still learning.

All I have to say is thank god for the internet. LOL. The first meal I ever really cooked was roast beef, my friend told me what to put it in the oven for, and I did the seasoning to my tasting. It came out very good. Ever since then I usually look a recipe up online, or just do things to taste.
