What is your favorite pinoy food? :-)

i love bicol express.. my husband was the one who introduced me that food, it is their pride ( he is from Nueva Ecija and has roots from Camarines Sur). i also love kilawin..and SATTI:D which can only be found here Zamboanga it is spicy and red with beef barbeque..nd best eaten when it is cold

My fave would be grilled tuna belly, fish in sour broth ("sinigang na isda"), eggplant omelette ("tortang talong"), veggie spring roll ("pritong lumpia"), and "laing" or "tipay".

i like the dinogo-an from my neigborhood.. really nice taste

I like lechon very much. Its my favorite food here in our country. Its so crispy and yummy to eat. The favorite of all people here especially in special occasion it is there usually. I love to eat its crispy skin.

I love chicken balls and chicken nuggets if you have heard of that chicken nuggets it, its great!!!

another yummy discussion kare kare would be on my top list, second will be bopis. aside from that i also love, sinigang (shrimp), calderetta, bulalo, pinangat (bicolano dish).

The list is endless! lol! For starters, like you, i love Sinigang Baboy with lots and lots of pechay or whatever it is called in english. lol! Sometimes i would get some pork then mostly vegetables. It should be tamarind based. Other ways of making the soup sour are just not my type. I like Tortang Talong too! lol! Ginisang Ampalaya is way above Sinigang Baboy. How the hell i almost missed that? Sisig is ok but kind of unhealthy. Chicken and Pork Adobo! And my aunt's Beef Caldereta where the beef feels like it melts in my mouth and the creamy thick red sauce.

My favorites are:sinigang na hipon,adobo,menudo,afritada,tinola,and boneless bangus.

Hi cecille! My favorite filipino foods: lechon, bulalo, pochero, kare-kare, caldereta, shrimp sinigang, native chicken tinola and many more! hehehe As you can see, almost all are meat.:)I got hungry by now.

Calderetang Kambing would be my choice. I also like pritong talong with matching galunggong. I crave for kare-kare sometimes. I love lots of Pinoy food. Whatever food there may be on the table, it would be great to share them with your family. Sapsap will do in most cases. LOL

Here's a list.. and this is making me really hungry =S: 1. Sinigang.. any sinigang would do, but bangus is on top of the list ( yum! ) 2. Sisig 3. Isaw and all other street foods ( proven, balut, fishballs) 4. Anything charcoal grilled ( inihaw ), specially if eaten with tomatoes, bagoong ( shrimp paste) and indian mangoes is really really good. 5. fried eggplant with vinegar and fish sauce for added flavor. hehe. That's all I can think of for now.. =)

I have lots of favorite Pinoy foods! I love The silog meals, especially Tapsilog. Sinigang, Nilaga, Adobo and Menudo. I love those foods! Filipinos are really creative when cooking and that's why I these foods should be tried by foreigners who come to our country. They would never be sorry for eating those. :)

pinoy food... makes me hungry again thinking about food just right after having a meal. hehehe i love ginataang hipon (shrimp with coconut milk), bicol express, pork binagoongan (pork in shrimp paste saute), adobong bibe with coconut milk, spicy beef caldereta, sinaing na tambakol (tuna), and native chicken tinola (which i just had for dinner just now... hehehe). we have a lot of great pinoy food selection, every region has their own specialty, every dish is sumptious... mmmm delicious. :)

I'm eat anything but I love eating adobo, sinigang, kilawin and many more as long as it is edible. The simplest food to prepare are adobo and sinigang. The only pinoy that I don't eat that much is kare-kare.

the first on my list is kare-kare... i love this food soooo much, especially if the bagoong is cooked really good. then... kalderetang baka, my in-law's adobo, kilawin ng davao, pansit palabok, ginisang munggo, tinola... hehe i have so many next favorites... my mouth is watering already just from typing these foods...
