is ciao legit?

I am confused about it really.I've heard about ciao & registered with its indian version,it sent me about 3 surveys but whenever i try to complete a survey,after i answer a number of questions it says unfortunately you do not qualify to complete this survey.my time get wasted.please tell me is this a legit site?

i tell you that ciao is a good and legit site.because i have ever been a member from ciao.what's more,i have already earned about 60 dallars at ciao.i like ciao.

ehm what you mean by "with its indian version"?i ever be member of that site.its legit one.but i dont know if it any indian version.give me the link,let me check.and when i be a member of that site there is no survey,i dont know if it the newest announcement of ciao too.and i heard that now aisan IP address was banned by ciao so i think its so hard to join it again my friend.
