Do You Walk Daily To Get Physically Fit?

We all know that walking helps us get physically fit. Do you walk daily? How many minutes you walk in a day? According to studies, we need 10,000 steps daily to attain good health. How about you? how many steps you make in a day and how many minutes in a day you walk?

I don't own a car right now so I walk everywhere! I don't really count steps as I just focus on where I need to go. But I would say to and from my regular stops takes and hour or more.

Yes, I walk daily for exercise for an hour. My route takes me to the park or to the boulevard and sometimes I change routes like to the beach.
When I had a short vacation in a beach resort I still walked along the shore line.
And in order to have that 10,000 steps a day, I also walk up and down the stairs at home LOL

Glad to know that a lot of people now are walking seriously to get fit. I also walk with my sister uphill every afternoon about an hour. It feels so good to be able to walk everyday. Besides its a good way of breathing fresh air, especially like you sandymay16 who walks to the park or the beach. Wow! that sounds not only healthy but fun. Like you also walk up and down the stairs if I do not have the chance to walk outdoors. Still a good exercise lol.

I always go from dormitory to canteen on campus. May be thirty minutes a day. Sometimes I will go to outside the school gate buy fruits.it will take me 1 hours by walking. Usually, my classmates and I go out by bike. It will save much time. I never caculate how many steps I make in a day. If I have free time or feel tired, I will jog with my friends.
