Do you own your own website? I don't really mean blog, although you can tell me about it if you wish. But do you own your own domain name and what have you done with it? Do you sell items on your site or is it informative? Did you write all the coding yourself or did you get a template?
I own my own website and I did all the coding myself. It took a long time and I know it's not the best coding on the internet but I'm proud of it! I sell jewellery on it, and it does quite well for itself!
It's at http://www.overdramaticdesigns.co.uk but don't feel pressured to have a look, I'm more interested in your websites!

i have started my own website but i'm still trying it for free so i don't have my own domain yet. I've been working with templates for now but if i do decide to start paying for my own domain, i will be doing all the coding myself. http://www.webstarts.com/scattered.thoughts - you might want to visit it and check if the layout looks good enough.

I have a number of web sites, most of them are blogs I created using Wordpress but they are my own domains. I think I still have a couple of blogger.com blogs but i stopped adding to them a year or so ago.
I do have a couple of money sites that I point my blogs to. I also have a couple of BANS sites where I point my fishing and gardening blogs to sell other people's items on eBay.
I started writing code for web sites before there was any web design software, we had to code every single aspect of our web sites. I was some glad to give that up and use software.

I am a therapist and have my own website that I have on my profile. My work is about helping others and I have found the website to be invaluable. I started off with a free site for the first few years, but then purchased my own domain name. I have noticed that I get more visitors with the domain name. I am in the UK too. - Derek

I made my own homepage long time ago. I started to make it since 1998. It is my personal homepage. Although I put something there to sell. But it's not a main selling website:) My homepage address is www.yourhero.net
I don't know HTML language, I only used Frontpage to make it:) And I found some codes via the net and I applied them to my homepage.
I love China

I have my own website too. Mine is not money making purposes but rather entertainment. I am working on the new version of the site and things just went slow lately as I was really busy but lately I've had more time so can get back to reviving it. Mine is http://www.rctavenged.com.
When I made the original site, a few years ago it was my first time using css, and now I've come a lot further, the first one looks like the current version but the third version will be a lot better and now since I know php which I didn't when I made the site originally it is a lot better with lots of custom coding and am proud of it, I just need to finish it off.

I've experimented with Webs, made forums about 5 times, created about 3-4 blogs, but never have owned my own domain URL. My forums were successful but I closed everyone due to no time and stress... I will reopen them when it's summer time.

i am working on .. i've got a blog and now making a site. i would add all my blog contents to the site and hope it will be ready very soon.. there is not much coding i am doing as this is a static website and not a dynamic one where i used HTML only. i didn't put anything to sell but the site will contain good information on almost every topic. you can see my blog on my profile..

Yes, I do.. I have got three active blogs.. One tackles about travel here in the Philippines, the other talks about shopping and last but certain not the least, about my personal life.. it's kind of hard to maintain three blogs all at the same time as you need to update it once in a while.. my hubby helped me out with the coding thingy as he's an expert when it comes to computers and stuff..

I wanna have my own website, unfortunately i haven't. Actually i had ordered a site with domain dotcom a month ago, but i didn't verify so they cancelled my domain name..i want the domain name, but i have no much money to pay. I use blog and some free website like 0fees and 000webhost at this time. So far, i satisfy with their service so why should pay if we can get free..

Wow..that is awesome you coded your own site and everything! I am very impressed with your site too btw. I have tried to do part of my blog site on my own and failed. I do have an actual website as of yesterday but it is a template-and I struggled with that! ha. I don't even know the URL yet or I'd give it. It's not interesting or anything it's just a career protfolio so it looks kind of boring. But hopefully it will find me a job! Good luck selling your pretty jewelry!

I am planning to make one. I want to spread my links and information that they could earn money here in the internet. Majority of the people don't know about the knowledge that internet could be a source of large amount of money. It is a matter of spreading the information. I want to create a website with all this links.
