Is it good for health to eat much fruit before going to sleep?

I like eating fruit very much.Since I have no time to eat fruit daytime,I often eat a lot of fruit at night.Is it OK? Will it get fat? Who can tell me?

Well taking fruits is good for health, but i think it's not very advisable to eat too much of fruits before going to sleep. However, don't worry too much on getting fat as fruits contain vitamins, minerals, fluid but no fat or cholesterol,haha. As for me, i don't eat fruits very often, because i'm too busy for it perhaps (is it an excuse?haha). I usually have it after meal, but according to studies having fruits before meal are the best.

Hi there! I don't think you will get fat eating too many fruits even at nights. Fruits contains lots of liquids and they are easily digested so they don't stay longer in our bodies. In fact, fruits are healthy for us. Ciao!

Sometimes I think fruit contains a lot of sugar .Does that make us fat?

Don't worry about getting fat. Fruits are a natural product so it doesn't make you fat very soon. Eating just before you sleep is not recommended though as you might get sleeping problems from it. Make sure you don't eat within 1.5 hours from sleeping.

Every morning I will find my face a little edema. Maybe that is because I eat a lot of fruit which contains much liquid.
