I am wondering whether every one has a story about his name. My name is Isabelle. When I was a middle school student,I chose this name to be my English name because I thought this name is quite different from those like Lucy, Lily, etc. And I like names with more than three syllables. :D In fact, I didn't know Isabelle means beauty until my college teacher told me. Ok, then I think I should be confident enough to keep this name. Haha. What about you? Will you share the story of your name?

Here is the story behind my name. My parents told me that they were supposed to name me Kristine or either Eunice but father said that those names are too common that's why they chose the name Eunice and added the suffix -ia to it. It came out to be Eunicia. I kind of like my name because it's really very uncommon but I think I love my nickname more (which is Eunice). I like and love it because it means 'beautiful' and 'good victory'. That's it. That's the story behind my name :) Quite the tricky one, eh? This is a very interesting discussion. Thanks for this and happy Mylotting girl!

Your name is very pretty. *smiles* Well, my name is quite long, Ruby Erika May... my friends used to taunt me saying that my parents didn't love me because they gave me a name this long. A long name is really hard to write...(when you are still learning how to, of course). Well, I don't think that I've had experienced having a hard time writing it though. Anyway about its origin, "Ruby" is exactly my mother's name, and for Erika, it came from either, the angel heroine in Daimos..(the anime series, yes!) or from my dad's...Frederick...omit the Fred there and add an 'a' to sound feminine, *laughs* I really don't know why they omitted the "c" too...and as for May, they just like the sound of it. And the reason why its not the usual "Mae" is because I was also born in the month of May. There...it's quite long...*smiles* Thanks for asking this question...I've enjoyed responding to it really.

Haha, I guess you are humorous. Your name is really a little long. But I am confused that, can't you write Ruby May instead? Because I have heard that people don't always use their middle name. Am I right? Nice having your share. Good day.

I think Jessica is a little common. But I am not so sure about the pronunciation of Jesusa. :D Cos, I can't find it in the dictionary. But I know it is holy after reading your share. Thanks.I have learnt a lot about how to name a person in your country.
