Rude men

My DD's birthday is Saturday. We're not planning a huge party for her as she's only 1, but I stopped by the local Dollar Mania store to pick up a few items for her party. I had just left the gym and while I wasn't dressed like a tramp, I had on my Nike gym shorts and a baggy t-shirt of my husband's. Anyway, I walk in and pass these 2 guys in the first aisle. I look over, trying to figure out if the paper plates are on that aisle and briefly make eye contact with Loser 1 and Loser 2. I walk on and as I start scanning the aisles, I see L1 and L2 now following me around the store. I find the aisle with the paper plates and pick up a couple packages and notice them both staring at me. I turn around to walk away and they go check out. I had to pick up a couple more items while I was there and as I was standing in line, L1 and L2 come up behind me and L1 announces loudly, "Damn, I just had to look at her a** one more time." I turn around, pretty annoyed at this point. L2 starts to back up, but L1 is holding his ground making this really lewd look with his face. He starts to say something and I dig my badge out of my purse and flash it and then put it back in my purse. The next words out of my mouth shock the cashier who was about to call the store security officer over. "If you make one move towards me or my a**, I promise you I know how to kill a man with my thumbs and your buddy over there will know exactly how it's done after I get done with you!" Needless to say, L2 hightailed it out of the store. L1 stood there for a minute, gawking and then made a move towards me and I just threw up my hands and started wiggling my thumbs. He got the picture and left. By this time, the cashier was turning blue from trying not to laugh at my thumb wiggling intimidation tactic. I paid for my stuff and went home, satisified in my ability to scare people. Granted, I'm all of 5'1 and 110 lbs soaking wet and holding a brick, but dang I'm good. How would you have reacted? Has anyone ever made rude comments towards you? What did you do about it?

Lol, That was really funny, people getting scared of a thumb flashing. But on a serious note I am really sorry that you had to go through such an indecent incidence. i believe it is a cowardly act to eve tease or any such cheap tactics to woo a woman. No doubt they were scared of their life with a thumb infront of their face. You are a very brave woman and nice job to retort back to the morons. Cheers :-))

That's funny. It would have been hard for me not to laugh too! It always shocks me when men act like that, even the horn honking and catcalls. What's the point? Do they think if they act like that we are just going to hand over our phone numbers and invite them over? Pretty sure that pick up tactic never works! Why can't they just admire from afar and appreciate a beautiful woman without making her uncomfortable.

You go girl! Yep, some men are complete phucktards! I don't have a badge or know how to kill a man with my thumbs, but my reaction probably would not be too different from yours.
