Do you eat more or less when you are stressed

I find when ever i feel stressed i either reach for a glass of wine or a big bar of chocolate.What do you eat or even drink when you are stressed?

I honestly think I eat less when I am stressed out. What I do more when I am stressed, is I sleep more. Because my stress seems to knock everything out of me and I need that time to just relax and calm my body, so it just sleeps.

Normally i eat less when i am stressed about things or something in life because i was not able to eat more and so normally i quit my meal fast without eating much or as usual!!

I tend to eat more when I am stressed. I don't know why. Maybe my metabolism is working a lot. But I read an article that eating banana can lessen the feeling of being stress. And I tried it and it is really true. I was able to think better and make a solution on my problem. Try it and I hope it will also help you.

it depends,when if i am stressed ,ef worried my working , i eat less sometimes i don't want to eat anything.but if i am angry, have a fight with my bf ,etc, i will eat more to reduce my angry lol

I tend to eat less because for some reason, when I am stressed, everything that I eat seems to have a bland taste. I totally lose my appetite.

when i was stressed for my work,i ate less,i couldn't eat anything when i saw the meal,i also was unable to sleep,i got slimmer and my habitus got worse,so i knew if i want to my body work normally,i must quit.

I eat less, when I'm stressed. I don't remember a time, when I'd eat more under stress. It's just the way that my body deals with stress.

Hi Jugs, whenever I'm stressed, anxious or nervous, I just don't have appetite for food. In fact, I can go through the whole day not feeling hungry at all. It's only when I'm relaxed or happy, that I will eat non-stop!

when i am stressed unfortunately i tend to eat more than i want to..and it is frustrating but it has become my source of relaxation, when i am mad or nervous or tooo stressed i need to munch on something like a chocolate bar or a cake, those are my soft spots and i need it in order for me to be able to relax..or else it would not subside.

if i am stress i eat less its because i am not in the good mood of eating so much food, i just wanna lay down and get rest. i think if your stress out you dont feel like doing anything even eating. so i think thats pretty normal, but i know that some people eat more if they are stress. happy mylotting!!!

I tend to eat more! I don't know why! And for that, as much as possible I'm trying not to stress myself too much! Don't want to get fat! Happy MyLotting!

I have often do that.Also i realize it is not a good habit,it should be discarded.And i hope i can get a good hadbit when i was stressed.For example,i hope i can choose to run or have a chat with my friends.

I eat less when I am stressed ou t. When I have so much stressing me out, I don't feel like eating so I don't eat. My boyfriend gets mad at me when he finds out when I don't eat when stressed. and it is normally junk food, nothing that is healthy for me to eat.

I think I tend to eat less when I am stressed, this may have something to do with the fact them when Im stresed or angry I have a good work out and always feel better after that.

I will find another ways to control my stress . Eating more or less is bad for health . Maybe I will go to Mylot to tell friends my stress or listen to some comfortable music , or take a bath .

Well i cannot eat when am stressed. Once am releaved i eat more in happiness.
