Its all imagination when we do day dreaming, well daydreaming takes us off our immediate goal. But incidenttly a persons mind wanders here and there in search of answers for what he seeks in factual life. As a matter of interest do we remain active during such episodes?

I've gone out of this "zone" before. Not sure if it was day dreaming, but I didn't like it.
My mind seemed to wander into a different dimension, and as soon as I came back in "our world" I felt this jolt of pain throughout my body. It was uncomfortable. And, I find this happening when I think of things that disturb me.
Overall, I don't think it's overall a good thing because it takes away our focus, but I guess it always helps people think outside the box.
