Whats happened to NOMINCASHOUT?

Whenever we see the account balance after clicking one ad the balance is incremented by only 0.002$ instead of 0.01$, what's this now? Try it.. if you haven't seen it! Also, I think only Paid Members (upgrading by Paying $2) will get payments, as they say 1st Jun for Paid member Payments and 12th May for standard members payments. I hope it would pay As i am waiting for my 9$!
