i am craving for pasta. spaghetti i guess. but i am bored of my own recipe. eill you share yours to me? i will greately appreciate that.

I roast vegetables like onions, eggplant, and red peppers in the oven then put them in a food processor and serve them over pasta. It is delicious and nutritious. The eggplant is the key ingredient in this type of sauce. It adds such a distinctive flavor.
