just today my mom commented on my tired appearance. i had never noticed it before, but as i went and stood before the mirror, inspecting myself, i became aware of my lustreless skin and dark circles under my eyes. my eyes have lost that sparkle which used to be there before and i was totally looking a shadow of my former days... all this inspite of going in for a facial two days back!
what do i do to bring back the glow?

Hi there and smile!
I advise you to go and assess your lifestyle. Do you keep yourself hydrated or you are lazy to drink 7-8 glasses a day. When your body is dehydrated, your skin will show it. You will have dull, flaky, dry skin and also your eyes is not sparkling bright. Your hair will be dry and even you apply lots of beauty creams it wont be 100% effective. Water flushes out toxins in our body and you need it.
Second, evaluate yourself if you give your body its required rest. Your body needs rest, recreation and something that will relax your mind, body and soul. You really have to consider this. Go out and have time with your family. Go to salon and pamper yourself.
Happy mylotting and smile always!

I have the same problem. Whenever I'm lacking even the smallest amount of sleep, I get horrible dark circles under my eyes and it's sooo noticable and almost embarrassing even. I've heard that you're supposed to put ice under your eyes (or some cold object) to reduce the swelling & have them turn back to the normal color..But I've tried it, and it actually doesn't work at all, unfortunately for us!
I try to get as much sleep as I possibly can (and that usually ends up being 6-7 hours a night), I wear foundation to save myself & my complexion from looking too.. gaunt-looking, and I also try to drink a lot of water (8 glasses a day). Drinking water really helps your complexion, and helps reduce bloating/swelling in your face.

I always believe on natural things, that's why i generally don't go for these facials.Believe me I have good skin.first of all don't try anything on your face until you are sure about it.you should use natural home remedies for your skin.for dark circles put 2 slices of potato ot cucumber under each eye(after closing the eyes)for 15 minutes daily.drink plenty of water.use natural face masks or facials for your skin.search it on internet, you can have good options out there.if you want, you can use a good under eye cream, make sure it is a product of a reputed company.
