Are any of you mylotters familiar with a site called payperpost.com? I signed up for an account with them when I first got this computer, which was in February, but I have trouble logging into my account. I have noticed that some discussions have been started about them. I first heard about this site in an article in my local newspaper several months ago. It was about a girl who lives in Carbon Hill, Alabama, which is a community about 15 miles west of where I live, who is a member of this site. I wish I could remember her name. If I could, I would call her and talk to her about it. Anyway, she is a professional blogger with this site. The article said that she makes $10,000 a year blogging with this site. She also owns a day care center in Carbon Hill. If I called the day care center, I wouldn't know who to ask for. Anyway, the least that payperpost will pay you to blog is $500 a month. The way they pay you is with a credit card or a paypal account. I would very much like to go to work with these people if I could just get into my account with them. I need something to supplement my SSI check. Do any of youall have any thoughts on payperpost? If you don't think much of it, what other sites would you recommend that pay as much as they do? Kathy.

When I created my blog I right away signed up for payperpost.Unfortunately I was not approved right away because my blog is quite new. Their requirement is for my blog to be at least 90 days old and should have at least 20 posts. Well, on 17th of this month my blog is already on its 90th day. I do have more than 20 posts. So I will definitely check back with them again. Since my blog's objective is to provide awareness to our friends out there who are looking for extra money online, I will definitely write a good article about this site once I become aware on how earnings work in payperpost.

If you or Kathy have any luck, I would like to hear back. I could stand to earn that much a year extra. I love posting online.

The girl I told you about in the article said that it took her a while to get approved. She said she also made a lot of mistakes at first. I don't remember what she said exactly but she wrote some things about her family, which they didn't like. I guess her family must have read some of her blogs. She mainly sticks to humor now. She said she loves the internet. I believe it, too, if she can make $10,000 a year! If I can ever get into their site, I will let you know how it goes. Kathy.

I hope you have gotten some good replies on this, as I would be glad to hear about this too. I am working at a job I love, but I also love being online. I would love to be able to get early Social Security when I am 62 and still have an outside income. That is a few years from now. Hubby has done that. He has a low stress job, plus his early Social Security. I am going to get out of e mail and look at your responses. Call your local newspaper and see if they have the article archived since you know about when it was written, and you have a subject to search on.

My husband is a security guard with a private company that provides service at a food manufacturing plant. A lot of people who work for the security company are on disability, and only work one or two days a week. I work with the adult disabled. My ladies that I work with are all very high functioning and do Special Olympics and participate in activities and trips. I am responsible for nine clients. They range in age from highschool (20) to 54 which is just a year younger than I am. I take them shopping make menus for some, oversee their households, etc. Some of our evening staff is graduating this week and they invited clients. I worked tonight, and we went to receptions.

Thank you for responding. I will definitely let you know how it goes if I can ever get into their site and get started working with them. It's good to know that you have a job you love. Not everybody is that lucky. What do you do, btw? I have worked at several different jobs in my lifetime. My first job was at the credit bureau, which my daddy owned, where I worked as a file clerk. I also worked for him as a secretary/receptionist in his insurance office during the summers as a teenager. I also worked for him for about nine months in 1973. Then, I decided to go back to school. I've also sold Avon (I sold it for six years), ran a bookstore for two years from 1984 to 1986. This was probably my favorite job. We had to go out of business, though, because we didn't make a profit. I really miss having my own business. I say "we" because I had two girls working for me part-time. I've also worked as a nail technician, a nurse's aid, a hostess in a restaurant, a motel front desk clerk, worked in telemaketing, a delivery driver for Papa John's Pizza and a chinese restaurant here in town, you name it, I've done it. It's hard to hold down a good job here in Jasper. I mostly just volunteer at different places now. It's also good to know that your husband has a low stress job. I tried my best to find something like that until I got SSI. Then, my lawyer advised me not to work. I tried to get social security but I didn't. I will probably have a chance to try again when I get 62. Thank you for suggesting I call my local newspaper about the article on payperpost. I just might do this. Kathy.

Well hi ya there Cyrus; I didn't realize it was "you" that started this topic my eyes had caught the payperpost part LOL! I think I signed up with them several months back, but I honestly had forgotten about them until now...That happens a lot with me, too much going on all the time; I will try to follow this topic to see if others have had any success with them; Like you I am always searching for ways to earn extra income each month, being on disability means VERY VERY limited income each month, and the bills are still piling up in fact yesterday I just broke down and cried about it all...I hadn't done that in a long time but guess I was just feeling OVER STRESSED or something; yeah that $500.00 would be such a blessing, heck I'd be thrilled with $50.00, or even a $100.00 a month extra income...

I know just what you mean. I get overstressed over my money situation, too. I would be thrilled to get $50.00 or $100.00 extra, myself. President Obama is going to send an extra $250 the latter part of this month to those who are getting social security/ssi. Did you get such a letter saying this? I've forgotten what it said exactly but it has something to do with the economy being in the shape it is. I wish he would do this every month.Kathy.
