student's hair have been forced to cut at school, for education or despotism?

I think this rule should be dismissed.I am not able to understand why the students are forced to cut their hairs ?

I think rules like that is okay. Our school has the same rule too. It requires boys to cut their hair at least once a month and on the first week of each month. It is to keep students' hygiene clean and healthy and it's also for the cleanliness and orderliness of the school. You surely wouldn't want you schoolmates and classmates to look like brutes, right? when i was a student before i went to college. my hair also be cut by the rule of the school. i don't know why the school has this rule. it must let student put their heart to study. and that must be useful for their study.
