I found that making changes is hard, do you?

When you are used to do something the way you are, to live life the way you are, would it be hard for you to change though it's for good? I think it would not be easy. Like when I want to be an outspoken person, to be able to say no when I want to say no, I found it's very hard for me to do it. While I can see how other people can say what's in their mind easily. I always afraid that I might hurt others' feeling. Often when I tried to say honestly my opinion or idea, it turned out that people don't like it. I think it's because the way I say it because I wasn't used to. I don't know what to do, how to say things nicely though when it's to say your objection. I really find very hard for me to change this part of me.
