I agree with aryangentleman. We only have one life so LIVE it! Personally, I would never go back, never change anything. I feel very fortunate in the course my life has taken and I have to thank my Mother for that. She always said to me, "Go for it!" As a result, every time life offered an opportunity, I took it! One of my favorite motto's is: Feel the fear and do it anyway! For most people, that's the main reason they don't step out of their comfort zone. I have no regrets and absolutely NO desire to go back! Fully forward with gusto!

I have no regrets about anything that I have done, but I do
regret all the things that I could have done, but did not do
because of shyness, insecurity and the constant nagging fear of
rejection and ridicule.
We only live once and we only get one chance at most things. Live
life to the fullest and never deny yourself anything.

For many years the horrors of an abusive childhood kept me in a constant state of deep depression. I've finally moved on, and I even think the things that were so bad made me a better person. The only thing I'd change, then, is my poor health.

Great question! The kind that makes you look very deep within yourself for the answer. If I could do my life over again, I think I would change some things. I'd try to reach outside myself more and at an earlier age. I've always been much to serious about too many things. Things that in the end really didn't matter as much as I thought they did at the time. I'd do more to help others. More to help the hurting, the needy, the ones less forturnate than myself. When you get your mind off of yourself and on others, you end of helping yourself way more.
