It is heard that Coffee can protect our Heart and lungs. But some media tell that Tea is the best one to drink, if you are aware of cornonary problems. I am bit confused due to this media reports. Moreover, I am a coffee lover. Please answer dear friends.

Well I have read loads and loads of health articles. some in favour of tea/coffee and some against it. One day they are saying it's good for you and the very next day they go against it. Just remember that too much consumption of anything, even if it is good for health but if you are taking it much more than your body can tolerate will lead to some serious health problems. And coffee contains more caffeine so if you love coffee and have two or three cups max. in a day. I hope it helps :)

I am a coffee lover and a media critic. Remember they have pages to fill before they can go to the printers, and they have deadlines. Given these facts, I believe that sometimes they just fill the papers with junk so they can make the cut. I have already got a health condition and should not consume too much coffee. I don't drink litres per pay but I drink more than is sugested. My blood gets tested often and I am in good health for a cronic renal patient. I feel good and enjoy coffee, don't like tea too much. I can't go to sit on the white porcelene schooter without my coffee. I know it sounds bad but believe me, coffee and a book on the schooter and you have the most relaxing time, and getting clean... Onjoy the coffee, the people who write for the media drink more than we can ever drink...

It actually depend on your daily consumption of coffee or tea that makes these products not good for your health. This is because of their caffeine content. If you injested your body with too much caffeine, you will soon develop nervousness because caffeine is a natural stimulant.

I think tea and coffee only bring us goodness if we drink them without sugar. I don't do that. It might be good for me but I prefer the sweet taste. Also, I think green tea has good affect on your health. I can't remember what though but my friend use green tea to lose her weight. It seems to work. I am also a coffee lover but I try my best not to consume so much a day. I've cut to two cups a day for now.
