Currently H1N1 flu is attacking worldwide people, it is reported that it is so easy to get affected and infected by easy communicating with the one who has been infected. Planes and travelling of my friends are mostly cancelled because of such flu, will you cancell you travel plan if you have it due to the terrible flu?

I am in the UK where my husband lives and in two weeks we are going to my home in the USA. I will not cancel my travel plans because I want to get home and see my family. We asked my husbands Dr. here in the UK about Tamiflu - he said there was none available. I think it would be a good idea to have it with us but where to find it we don't know.

Luckily I have already had my trip this year. In January I took my toddler son to Cape Town and the Garden Route in lovely South Africa. I know that this outbreak of swine flu is very worrying indeed. I went to Mexico in 2006 and had a wonderful trip. I heard flights there from my local airport have been canceled. If there is a good reason not to go to an area it is wise for a traveler to check their travel insurance will be alright. I would hate to catch swine flu and so it is horrible that it is getting spreed worldwide. Good luck and good health to everyone.

travel plan to other countries, yes i will cancel. but in-country travel plans, no. i'd stick to it. my brother was supposed to go to beijing for a week of vacation together with his wife and son. they do international vacations every year but this time they have to cancel a few days ago. it's much too risky. however my sister who was coming from a short project in indonesia didn't want to postpone going home to the philippines so she didn't cancel the travel.

it'll depend on where i'll be going... Because of the spread of this said virus, I think it's best you do your research about what's really happening first. Read the current events and listen to what the media has to say regarding this matter. It's better to be safe than sorry.

I wouldn´t cancel a travel plan. I would take more safety measures though. These health issues attack more people that have other health problems or people with poor cleaning habits. Neither of them is my case. So I´d just hope for the best.

Fro now I am not traveling anywhere right now. I have no travel plans fro the present. Howver if I did i do not think I would cancel. I have no intention of leting the flu or some sickness scare me. espiclay if I have made plans in advance and I if I have made reservation for hotel and airfare. I do not want my money to be wasted. I also think that this ful edemic has been blown out of prorotion.

That will depend on where I will be traveling. If I need to travel abroad, it's better for me to reject it. It's not safe to be in contact so much for now. But if it's only between states in my country, I still can go on with the plan. The virus hasn't spread much here yet. We have a few cases but under control. I'll take the necessary precaution and continue with the travel plan.
